How is per-bed pricing counted? +
On beds that are active in the system during the billing month, not your total sanctioned capacity.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee? +
No setup fee on Free and Starter. Growth and Enterprise include guided onboarding in the plan.
Can I switch from per-doctor to per-bed later? +
Yes. You can change the metering model at the start of any billing cycle.
Do you offer on-premise for tier-2/3 hospitals with poor connectivity? +
Yes, on Enterprise. An edge deployment keeps core workflows running offline and syncs when the link returns.
