About

We are building the operating system for India's smaller hospitals

Most hospital software is built for metro super-specialty chains, then sold down-market with the price cut and nothing else changed. OneCity starts from the tier-2/3 hospital and works up.

The company

OneCity Technologies Pvt Ltd

OneCity Technologies is a Bengaluru software company. We make one product: a unified hospital ERP and CRM that replaces the dozen separate systems a hospital usually stitches together, HMS, EMR, lab, pharmacy, billing, HR, accounting and biomedical waste.

Founded by L.K. Monu Borkala, the company grew out of years building software for Indian businesses. The thesis is simple: a hospital should run on one login, one database and one bill, and it should be affordable for a 30-bed hospital, not just a 300-bed one.

01

Honest before impressive

We ship a feature when it is verified in a real hospital, not when the slide looks good. The roadmap is public; the claims match the code.

02

Compliance is a feature

Indian healthcare law is not an afterthought. GST, BMW Rules 2016, DPDP Act 2023 and NABH formats are built into the workflow, not bolted on.

03

Built for the real network

Tier-2 and tier-3 hospitals run on 2 Mbps and Android tablets. We design for that, not for a demo on office fibre.

What we build

The product and the compliance it covers

OneCity is a single-database hospital ERP that replaces separate systems for OPD, IPD, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, HR, and compliance. The full module list covers 30 module groups and 120 modules. Every module reads the same patient record, the same stock ledger, and the same compliance log.

Indian hospitals operate under a regulatory stack that changes frequently. OneCity handles NABH accreditation tracking, Health Facility Registry registration, AERB licensing, FSSAI canteen compliance, GST e-invoicing, and DPDP Act consent management inside the daily workflow. The compliance overview maps the full regulatory picture.

For a comparison of how OneCity fits against nine other hospital management systems in India, see the honest 10-system comparison. For pricing, implementation timelines, and how to start, see pricing or book a demo.
